Unless otherwise noted, all images on this website or photographs taken by Claudia Moodoonuthi are the exclusive property of Claudia Janice Moodoonuthi (CJM) and are protected under Australian and International copyright laws. You have the right to view the pages at ClaudiaMoodoonuthi.com and copy to a cache for reference by yourself only, at a later time. You are not granted any other rights and you may not use the images for any purpose (including derivative art and artistic rendering) without express written consent and payment of a licensing fee.  You may not remove any embedded metadata information (otherwise known as electronic rights management information) within the images.

Please note that we do scan the internet for violations to protect our copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and we will commence an action in a court within Australia.  Strict penalties may result.

Many of the images are available for reproduction by license only.  Licensing fees for each image are determined using criteria such as usage, duration of use, print run, size and location. If you wish to purchase a license for any of our images, contact us to discuss your project, and to get a quote on the licensing fee for your intended use.
